Seller will manufacture products to buyer product specifications and products are guaranteed as such.
No purchase order shall be binding on Seller unless accepted in writing by an authorized employee.
Delivery will be made F.O.B. Shenzhen, P.R. China unless requested otherwise.
Payment terms for each shipment shall be stated on Seller's invoice in U.S. Dollars.
Buyer is responsible for maintaining insurance on all molds and tools kept in Seller's possession.
Seller disclaims all warranties expressed or implied unless specifically contracted.
All sales, use, excise, property or other taxes are the responsibility of Buyer.
Custom orders can incur minimum raw material purchase requirements.
Customer shall defend, indemnify and hold Seller harmless from intellectual property or product liability claims.
